Below is our detailed shipping policy, outlining the steps from order placement to delivery, including important information about the shipping process.
1. Order Processing
• Order Fulfillment: Once your order is placed, we typically take 1-2 business days to fulfill it. During this time, your order is processed, the mattress is carefully prepared for shipping.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed, and a follow-up email with tracking information once the mattress has been shipped.
2. Shipping Timeframes
• Standard Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
• Freight/LTL Shipping: Due to the size and weight of some mattresses, we exclusively use Freight/LTL for shipping.
This ensures that your mattress is handled safely and securely during transport.
3. Shipping and Packaging Process
• Palletization: All mattresses are securely placed on a flat pallet to protect them during shipping. (Note: Some Mattresses may weigh up to 200LBS.)
• Pallet Wrapping: The mattress is Boxed and secured to the pallet to prevent movement or damage during transit.
• Shipping Method: Once packaged, your mattress is loaded onto a freight truck and transported to the nearest shipping terminal in your area.
4. Scheduling Delivery
• Customer Phone Number Required: Since freight companies deliver by appointment only, we will need your phone number when you place your order. This will be provided to the freight company so they can contact you directly.
• Appointment Scheduling: Once your mattress arrives at the local shipping terminal, the freight company will call you to schedule a delivery appoinment. Please expect this call within 5-10 days after your order has shipped.( For faster response please contact the delivery freight company on the order and reference your tracking/Pro number.
• Delivery by Appointment: Deliveries are typically made Monday- Friday. The freight company will work with you to arrange a convenient delivery time based on your availability however this might be an estimated time or a window they give you.
5. Delivery Process
• Curbside Delivery: Due to the size and weight of the mattresses (up to 200 lbs), the freight company will deliver the mattress curbside, or as close to your front door or garage as their pallet jack allows.
• Challenging Locations: If you have a steep driveway, remote location, or other access limitations, please inform the freight company during the appointment call. In some cases, they may suggest that you pick up the mattress at the local shipping terminal if delivery to your residence poses logistical challenges.
• Assistance on Delivery Day: We recommend having someone assist you on delivery day, as the freight company does not provide in-home delivery services.
The delivery driver will place the pallet at the designated location, but bringing it inside or setting it up is the customer’s responsibility.
6. Receiving the Mattress
• Inspecting the Mattress: Upon delivery, we recommend that you inspect the mattress carefully before signing the delivery receipt. Check for any visible damage to the packaging or mattress itself.
• Noting Damage: If you notice any damage:
• Minor Damage: Note it on the delivery receipt before signing.(This does not hold you responsible it only helps us file a damage claim if needed)
• Significant Damage: You have the option to refuse delivery if the mattress is significantly damaged. If you choose to refuse, notify the delivery driver, and contact us immediately.
7. Additional Considerations
• Remote Areas: If you live in a particularly remote or hard-to-reach area, you may be asked to arrange pickup from the local shipping terminal if the freight company cannot access your residence with their trucks.
• Special Delivery Arrangements: If you have unique delivery needs (e.g., delivery to a specific area on your property), these must be arranged directly with the freight company and may incur additional fees.

• After your mattress is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking ID/ Pro Number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the freight company’s website. The freight company will deliver your mattress to the curb or garage, and you will be responsible for moving it inside your home.

2. Arrange Return Shipping: We will provide instructions on how to ship the unopened mattress back to us using a freight service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
3. Inspection and Refund: Once the mattress is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process the full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear after processing.
2. Refunds or Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items

If your mattress arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping or handling, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the mattress is returned or proof of disposal is received and verified. Your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund.
